Our team of professional coaches have decades of experience teaching children from beginners to high levels of competitive gymnasts. In the past 45 years, our club have produced many provincial champions in both the male and female disciplines. Most of our coaches are ex-competitive gymnasts who have returned to share their passion for the sport of gymnastics.

Services
A parent and child participation class. This fun-filled program is designed to create body awareness, coordination and motor skills through physical activity, play and songs. For children walking to 4 years. Taught by experience coaches. Support adult will assist his/her own child following instructions from teacher.
Just like school, our classes are designed for children of similar age but with smaller class size. An annual membership with our provincial association (provincial governing body for the sport of gymnastics) is mandatory. This membership fee also includes an insurance. At time of registration, depending on the date, the system will collect the first and may be also the 2nd installment of the season.
The Demo program is designed for girls who have skills in acrobatics and enjoys working out in groups. The team works throughout the year to create routines to compete and perform at competitions and events. Athletes in the Demo program focus on floor and acro elements as well as dance and choreography.

My kids were going to classes here before Covid and we loved it. Great staff & coaches. We enjoyed the recreational gym for parent&tot and youth. We miss it so bad. Thankfully my eldest will be going to summer camp to enjoy some practice.
Covid restrictions sucks but hey they're doing everything they can to keep kids and staff safe, and stay open sa much as possible. That's very appreciated. Looking forward to fall classes.

Parents beware!!! Zero stars!!!!!
Would definitely not recommend!!!!!!!
Firstly these people do not care about you or your children as we did not even receive a call from them about the incident that took place with our child. If you think your child will benefit, think again. They have eight children of different levels in the same group with one coach and one helper, who both look like they’re in their teenaged years. They can hardly handle the kids. We had our child enrolled twice a week On one of the days, there was a child in the group, that would not listen to the coaches and kept putting

My daughter enjoyed her summer kindernastics at Ajax Acro’s Gymnastics Club! She can’t wait to attend the advanced kindernastics this fall. The coaches were so nice and very accommodating. They are very patient as well to these little ones although they were not that hard to teach because they were very attentive and listen to the instruction well. I will definitely recommend this club to other parents like me!

I found this centre through a program called traveling tots via mommy connections Durham. With that program my daughter and I have been able to go to many gymnastics centres in Durham region.
Ajax acros has been the one we have stuck with for going on two years. (Tot is 3 years old)
The programs are well thought out, with very capable and hands on instructors.
I am also adding in, this place is clean!!! That was very important for me.

Nothing bad to say about these amazing people.. left Pockering Athletic Centre due to their cash mill like treatment and so easnantly surprised how these folks treat the kids and how they don't make you feel like you're just another monthly fee walking in the door. Looking for a friendly place for your kids to do recreational or competitive gymnastics? Look no further.
