We had a sewer pipe back up into our kitchen. Dominic and his team of installers were truly the calm within the storm. They worked well as a team. Thanks to Prime Kitchen Cabinets for a wonderful new kitchen. We worked with Marie who was very professional, knows her product line, made solid recommendations based upon hearing what we envisioned and was always available to answer our questions. She provided us with a quote (which she stuck to, no surprise increases) and gave us a copy of a simulated end-result of our kitchen so we knew what we were going to get. Initially we were told work would start 8 weeks from downpayment and we set a tentative install date.

Recently renovated our kitchen with Prime Kitchen Cabinets, nothing but good things to say from our experience. The whole team was very friendly and helpful, many new products, style and colour options to choose from with a very reasonable price. We enjoyed working with an experienced designer. The installers were clean and professional, the work was done in a timely manner despite the Pandemic situation. We love our new kitchen, big thanks to the whole team who made this happen!
