Heritage Park Childcare Centre is a non profit childcare program located in beautiful Mission, B.C. We believe that each child deserves to learn and grow at their own pace, as no two children are alike. Our programs are all about being outdoors as much as possible. The wonderful staff at Heritage believe that anything that can happen inside, can be taken outside!

Services
Our Infant and Toddler program is set up to follow the lead of the children. This way, the children can learn and explore through music and movement, creative art, literature, and outdoor play based on their interests. The programs are flexible and are designed to meet the changing needs of the children.
At Heritage Park, we do maintain a waitlist for both our Infant and Toddler and 3-5 Year Old programs. Due to the high volume of potential clientele, there is a minimum wait of at least two years to possibly obtain a space in our programs. We encourage families to add their name to the list as soon as they recognize that they will have a need for care in the future.
I consider the staff at Heritage REAL family, and if we're being honest, family life can get complicated and/or messy, and we are forever thankful at our fortune of having our Heritage Park family to rely on. We consider ourselves winners of the quality childcare lotto, and both our kids were/are at an advantage in their transition to kindergarten without a doubt.

We have both our children at HPCC for the past 2 years. The staff work very well with the children for any transitions or learning such as potty training, behavioral issues etc. and communicating with the parents. The teachers are amazing. The spend most of their time outside, free play and free art. The center has great health and safety protocols in place for the kids.. Our children have learned and grown so much, and are always so happy at the end of the day. Highly recommend.

Our teenage son went to Heritage Park Daycare when he was 2. They spend so much time outside, that he was never sick. The staff at that time created an atmosphere of calm. It was always pleasant to go inside and pick up at the end of the day. Fast forward 13 years and we had our youngest son there at age 3. Still same relaxed atmosphere, wonderful, caring staff and now they are working on new playgrounds for both sides!
