The town of Princeton is beautifully situated in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains, where the Tulameen and Similkameen Rivers meet. It is the southern gateway to the British Columbian interior and offers some of the best year-round outdoor recreation British Columbia has to offer. That, combined with its vibrant community spirit, makes Princeton an outstanding vacation destination.
A few friends and I decided to plan a trip for the weekend. Because we are from Hope, we thought that we should give Princeton a try. My parents stay up at the Best Value Inn every summer on their way up to Kelowna and suggested that we give this motel a try. Right away, I noticed that the location was in a great spot.

My kids and i stay here each time we are in Princeton both before covid and during. I attempted to book for a weekend in April to help my dad rebuild his life and move after the horrendous floods. I booked online as i typically do, and received today a call that i could barely understand due to the person's accent letting me know that Shane (whomever this is) could not accomodate my reservation as we had not made it for our last reservation (which i called to and cancelled, and was due to pandemic travel restrictions.
Extremely unprofessional, rude, and the fact that we as customers should understand

No pool, Hot tub or complimentary breakfast.
Though I didn't mind, as I wasn't there for vacation. All 3 rooms were very clean & spacious. The wifi was strong & quick. All staff that I made contact with were friendly. Pathways were always clear of snow/ice & the Air units in the rooms worked without fuss.

The room was clean and spacious. I decided to book a room here for the sauna. I was disappointed that the sauna, hot tub and pool are not operating, and that the breakfast wasn't included.

Clean rooms, be aware pool and hot tub are no longer open. No breakfast included either. Some rooms along the side which backs up to the gas station will have bedroom windows facing the gas station, which could be noisy.

This place used to be great, with pool and free breakfast. Now they use the covid excuse to close the pool, and ditch the breakfast. However price didnt go down.

No pool, no hot tub, no breakfast ... Pretty much everything advertised is not available.
Place is a little sketchy but rooms were large and somewhat clean.

As the name suggests, there was good value - price vs. what you get. Staff was very friendly, room was comfortable and clean. I had a good stay overall.

Nice hotel, but won’t come back because of their internet. We were unable to connect our Apple TV because of their wifi sign on; instead of a simple password, it takes you to a webpage to sign in. We travel everywhere with our Apple TV so we can watch our shows just like we do at home (we travel A LOT for both work and pleasure), hotels that prevent us from using it don’t get our business again. If you don’t travel with your Apple TV, I highly recommend you do and that you stay in hotels that allow you to utilize it.

A little gem. Inexpensive, clean, quiet and very well maintained property. Bed was comfortable, and even had a blanket instead of the ever present duvet. To my delight, the air conditioning unit had a fan setting that kept the air flowing without affecting the room temperature. Excellent value for money.
