Worst internet service. We were impressed by their price so we installed their connection. It worked for two months and it started to constantly drop off. We complained many times, they made lame excuses that change your router etc and they fixed the issue. Again after four months the issue has started. It has gone to the point that its been a week since we have constant dropoffs and the internet is not there for hours. We have called them hundred times. First they said that the router is not working and we did as they said. We installed a good router but the problems is still there.

Since start of December 2021, my Internet connection have gotten unreliable but speeds and pings are good. I keep getting T3 timeouts error from my modem/Lost MDD timeouts and the internet would disconnect out of the blue multiple times a day. I followed tech support's advice to eliminate bridge mode and activate the CGN3 modem into Router mode. The issue still persist with constant Internet interruption everyday. Disabling bridge mode made it worst. The speed has gotten worst, reception has significantly decreased and pings spiked up plus the initial disconnection issue. Their modem is outdated

Got a great deal with Cannet to start. 44.95$ a month for 300/20 late 2019. Was very good. I can understand that the pandemic put alot of stress on networks but I couldn't stream 720p videos. I called and asked for assistance and they said they weren't even throttling bandwidth for certain things. In 2020 they had higher speeds in my area. So I went on their site and changed my package to 1gbps/30mbps for 10$ more a month. Website clearly stated that a speed increase to that speed would cost 10$. Two days go by, a gentleman calls saying oh wait it's going to be 25$ more a month and a one time service

I have never had a problem with service going out and the speed is amazing and in times when I needed customer service, they are the greatest. I believe when the service did go out briefly, we were notified of circumstances and when to expect service. Price is very reasonable as well and you can get a service tech out pronto if you need one. Also, very reasonable for a service call and most of the time no charge.

I was 100% happy with our service until our internet went down. Since then it has been a nightmare trying to answer one simple question. Why could they not tell us it will take three days to fix remotely and THEN their tech department could help us? We have committed eight hours of driving back and forth to resolve this from our end.
The technician? Abrupt, rude and not interested in resolving the issue. He refused to give us his supervisor's name.
Finally talk to the supervisor? Another pointless exercise.
Very Very frustrating experience all around.

The last few months, my connection speed was good then last week the throttling and freezing started again. I emailed cannet and they phoned me a week later. I have numerous times requested they not phone me because of my hearing impairment and to please email or text me but they ignore my pleas and phone me anyway. Like everyone else, I'm trying to stay home and stay occupied but when my lousy CANNET internet isn't working, its hard to do anything online. Their prices are cheaper for a reason. Its because the connection is slow and unreliable and the customer service is nonexistent

Ever since March the internet was working the best it has ever worked. Prior to that the internet kept cutting off every half an hour and was impossible to use every night between 8-10pm, so I know now that they were somehow putting limits on it. today at 11 am May 13 2020 , the internet went down, still not back up, 1 hour so far down . totally frustrated! I am a health care worker who has been working from home can't do anything rt now. not happy right . Even tried to call it's impossible to get thru. @crtc

By far the worst internet service provider I’ve ever had to deal with. I hope anyone reading takes this seriously.... NEVER USE CAN NET TELECOM FOR ANYTHING. The services they provide are extremely slow and wifi stops working multiple times a day. When you call tech support you’re on hold for a minimum of 30 minutes and once you finally get through to someone all they tell you to do is to restart router and modem... 30-45 mins later wifi stops working again. NEVER USE CAN NET TELECOM!!!!

Be aware ofCANNET.... unstop unstable speed. Sometimes they have NO SERVICE and all internet stopped. If you are in a rush such as buying Stock Market or making a transfer on a deal, YOU WILL LOSS.
When you contact them and they would call you back next day when the service recovered. Then they would lie you they had never have internet problem. Their customer service people will not help you but only push all liabilities and responsibilities to customers. Wow, where to start concerning this disaster. I have had 4 phones calls, 2 chats and around 5 emails regarding this issue and it is still not resolved. They sent a technician out to install cable internet. The technician did not seem to really know what he was doing and his English skills were spotty. He was around (in and out) of the house for about an hour and just left without saying anything. He did not even hookup or test the internet. I then found out he had disconnected all the cables in my basement and the one on the back of the TV and it turns out he disconnected my OTA antenna as well
