So we have has some work done to our furnace that exle air suggested while we had them come and quote a humidifier. Once they came and installed the humidifier they attempted to fix the problem and then sent us two bills one for the humidifier install and one for the fix. We paid the humidifier install no problem and called and said the problem that they wanted us to have fixed wasn’t fixed, so they came back and trialed again and said if it doesn’t work that’s all they can really do. No we have been trying to call because it’s not fixed and we have called multiple times and left messages

We had a very last minute need for a mini-split air conditioner right in the middle of a head wave and they had it put in the day after I called. The staff were exceptionally nice, professional and of incredible help. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you!!!
