My first appointment at this clinic was for scleratherapy, which went well. The clinic provides you with 3 cc of sclera solution to treat your unwanted veins. On my second appointment RPN S did the procedure as well, however on this appointment she used a syringe that was not 3 cc but a lot less. I was injected only 3 times. On my first appointment I was injected over 15 times. I said after the procedure. Is that it. Are we done. She was like, yes. I thought that was weird. Went home. Kept thinking how can that syringe be the same as my first appointment. So I launched an inquiry to the clinic

Fantastic place. The clinic manager Katie is very sweet and organized. I love that I get a reminder before my appointments and communication is always clear. All of the appointments I've had are on time, and when I had to reschedule they were very understanding and accommodating.
The clinic is clean, the staff are friendly and professional, and nurse Tammy is the best. I've been to a number of a cosmetic clinics, but Tammy is legitimately fantastic and I can't recommend her enough. She is kind, engaging, genuine, and very experienced. I absolutely adore the ladies who work here! Katie at the front is always super welcoming and is always so helpful with booking, responding to questions, emails and inquiries. I see Tammy for injections and she has the nicest bedside manor and is so gentle you can barely feel any discomfort. I also have been all over the city looking for the right skincare regimen for my sensitized skin and it wasn't until I met Claire that my skin actually cleared up! I recently went to Guelph Medical Laser to see Tammy “Botox Blondie” to get some filler in my lips. I had received filler elsewhere and I wasn’t completely satisfied with the results. I had seen Tammy’s work on a friend of mine and I loved how her lips turned out so I decided to go see her. She is such a pro. She immediately addressed my concerns with such care. She has an amazing eye for detail and really knows how to give you the best possible results. She also has a very cool, friendly demeanour that makes you feel immediately comfortable. The services and Sylvia were excellent at Guelph Laser Clinic. Sylvia is so great, very skilled, and professional, she addressed all my concerns, big thanks to her my skin looks awesome now. I had amazing long-lasting results. All the COVID protocols were in place, I felt safe going back to have my Spa needs done with such an amazing team. I have been to Guelph Medical more then a handful of times and my experience has always been great. The front staff are welcoming and friendly and always find time to fit you in for an appt. Silvia is professional, caring and attentive to what you are looking to achieve and she makes herself available after if you have any questions or concerns which is super helpful and appreciated. I have also had a couple Hydra facials and my skin has never felt so good after. I will continue to recommend Guelph Medical to friends and family.

I had my first HydraFacial yesterday (with Natalie) and then laser treatment of some small veins (with Sylvia) and I am very, very pleased. Having sensitive skin, including rosacea, makes me nervous when trying new skin treatments but the staff was thorough, well prepared and took my skin sensitivities into consideration when planning my treatment.… The front office staff was also extremely friendly.
