Please make arrangements to pay rent on time. If you are paying late, please continue to let us know in advance, however you must know that accepting rent late is not a burden that the property owners can continue to carry for you. We must have a payment plan for the full rent. Please let us know when you can pay the rest, including the amount and the actual date (Friday the 17th, not: "a couple Fridays later" or "on my next payday").

Watch out your just cattle to this lady she moves you in as fast as she moves you out was working night she gave me and 2 and half weeks to move out middle of winter with no explanation as to why the worst place to rent you may end up homeless at the end of your lease be careful you have been warned…

I had rented from this company for 3.5 years, there is something said about me staying that long with them. If there is any dispute that you might have they WILL listen. I feel the administrative staff Brooke, Mallory and Chelsea have great empathy and loyalty to tenants/clients and I would recommend renting from them to anyone.

We have been renting through Royal LePage Property Management ever since moving to Alberta 2.5 years ago. Angie and her team work hard to make sure everything is handled in a professional and prompt manor. We relocated to a new residence last year and it went smooth with their guidance and even received my deposit back on the old place! Yesterday our dryer went on us yesterday. This was a Sunday morning. We are a family of 5 and so I was fairly stressed about it. By 10 am this morning (Monday) - Staff had a replacement installed in my basement. I am so thankful for their hard work and dedication

I have both rented from Angie in the past and now have a property with her. She took care of me as atenant and was fair, and also takes care of me now as a landlord. She placed reliable and quality tenants and it is a huge relief. My tenants have now lived in the same spot for two years and according to Royal Le Page they are happy and quite content. I appreciate the promptness and the fair service and billing that their in house handy man provides.

I have been dealing with Royal Le Page since I moved to Grande Prairie and have been involved with Property Management for the last 5 years! I would just love to give a shout out to The property managers, and especially to their maintenance team! Being a renter and also dealing with them on a professional level there has always been an incredible… line of communication and the condition of their rentals are always true and concise to their advertising! I'm moving out at the end of the month after 1 year in my rental unit. As a first-time renter, I was so incredibly impressed with Royale Lepage and their ability to attract RESPECTFUL tenants. I live in an older building, in an area that has its fair share of problems - but man, not once have I had a problem with tennants in my building. Either I lucked out with everyone in my apartment, or the admin just knows how to pick the right tennants (I'm going with the last one).

DO NOT go to Angie peters. I was manipulated and lied to about my lease renewal. She said to my face while holding my child she'd let me know when to come in to sign it but never did. THEN last minute gives me a 15 days notice to leave the home I've lived in for over a year on Halloween. Not only does is my child being abruptly being taken out of her home but she cannot enjoy Halloween or her first year of kindergarten. All because Angela lied to make more money. She Doesn't care who's lives she's wrecking as long as she gets an extra penny out of it. Never and I mean never trust someone like this

Excellent experience. I rented with Royal LePage for 18 months and they took very good care of us. They were flexible with my rent payments for my first month, and my last months rent, as move ins and move outs can be expensive. I always paid on time other than that. They listened to every concern from bad neighbors to maintenance repairs and they dealt with it all in a timely manner. I appreciated all they done for us and for making us feel safe and right at home. The only slight disadvantages are they make (inspection) visits pretty regularly, and they make book 2-3 weekly viewings from when
