I’m a bit of a nervous patient, and Dr. Shih has always been understanding of this. She takes her time with me, and allows me to stop the process at any time. It’s so nice to be able to distract myself by watching Netflix during a filling. It distracted me enough that I was surprised at how quickly time went!

It’s so nice to have gentle dental care. Like a lot of people I have a little dread of the routine checkup and cleaning but the hygienists here are so kind and gentle and reassuring it has been great. I asked how come they are so gentle compared to everywhere else and was told that they have been given enough time in their schedules to not be rushed and it’s basically that simple. This makes for a zero stress experience. There is also no upsell pressure, just a professional explanation of your options. I’m really glad I landed at this place.

Staff is always friendly and excellent service, though Im a bit disappointed that the mask policy didn't seem to be enforced, as a patient was let through without wearing one, only excuse as he put it was "reasons", and without giving a actual medical reason or exemption.
As a patient, it made me uncomfortable knowing not everyone is wearing a mask without a legit reason to not wear one other than being difficult and childish.

I'm very anxious at the dentist but Dr Meyers and Candice are so patient and helpful with my anxiety, and were also able to do several fillings with iv sedation. Let me tell you, that was awesome! I was still anxious coming in, and a few times during the procedure, but way less than usual! I also think I may have drifted off a few times, and the memory is very calm and dreamy. Definitely worth looking into if your anxiety has kept you away for too long!

I had to have one of my molars pulled today from a pretty bad infection! As it being an Emergency appointment and on top of it being family day, Dr Myers was able to get me in right away and get my tooth pulled fast and very efficiently! The service from him I have received was beyond great! I will sure be back for more dental work. Highly recommend.

The staff there is always super friendly and accommodating - however I would like to give huge thanks to my hygienist Michelle. She was so wonderful and great at her job during my last appointment. She knew I was in a rush and she made sure to accommodate me. Also, she managed to get rid of a 15 year old stain that was caused by the glue from my… braces. I am so thankful and her attention to detail is top notch. I’m still in disbelief that no other hygienist in my past has managed to get that stain out. Thank you so much Michelle! You’re amazing!
