As one of the original eleven physical therapy clinics in Alberta, Strathcona Physical Therapy has been located just off of Whyte ave for 50 years in the Strathcona Healthcare building. We are primarily an orthopaedic physical therapy clinic and have physical therapists that specialize in TMJ and vertigo.

Services Report

Ed is trained to assess and treat problems of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) and works closely with the Oral Facial Pain clinic at the University of Alberta dealing with TMJ patients. TMJ is a complex joint that can leave patients in pain when chewing, talking, difficulty sleeping and headaches.

Yes, there are two parkades located on the North side of the building, along 83 avenue. The price ranges from $2.00/hour to $3.00/hour depending on which parkade and they take credit and cash at the machine. There is also free street parking available in the area but might require walking. There are limited handicap parking in the front of the building on 83 ave.
