We are a Chinese Medicine practice located south of downtown Regina (YQR). We offer traditional Chinese acupuncture, motor point acupuncture, trigger point acupuncture as well as cupping, guasha, RED light therapy and Chinese herbals. We have been effectively treating chronic and acute health issues and muscle pain since 2008.

Acupuncture is recognized by the National Institute of Health (NIH) and the World Health Organization (WHO) as being an effective treatment for a variety of health conditions. During each visit we work on locating your pain and treating it at its source.

I have had acupuncture treatments, cupping and advice on Chinese Medicine from Janice. Her efforts have greatly helped with digestion as well as restless leg issues I have experienced. She is professional, her office space is immaculate & she is very knowledgeable. Recommend highly!

I was so nervous at my first acupuncture appointment, so Janis took her time explaining the whole process to me in great detail. She also had lots of extra blankets and a heater for me. She made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. Will be back!!
