Very honest service. I was told by another company that I needed to tear a rear wall down and dig up a trench to then put in a membrane to waterproof the wall.
I was referred to Gord's for a second opinion, to which they came out and confirmed that it was just condensation happening because of a gap in the vapor barrier.
I could've spent a ton of money with the other company for a service that actually wasn't needed.

We have had a leak in our basement for some time. This year I opened the finished wall to find the problem. I had a hairline crack running from the floor to the ceiling in our poured foundation. I got 3 quotes and on the recommendation of a friend I chose Gord’s. They inspected the job on Friday and we reached an agreement and they came on Monday. It rained the day before and the basement leaked but the leak stopped flowing by Monday. They came a bit later than discussed but called and let us know their timing which was appreciated and was not an issue. The man that did the work was professional

Gord's Basement waterproofing fixed my leaky window well Aug 2016. They installed a new drain and waterproofed my wall. They re-cemented my walkway that had to be broken up. The estimator, Matthew, was very professional and took the time to walk me through the issues and the procedures to repair the problem. He was available to answer my… questions even after the estimate. The two workers that did the job, Wade and Louie were also very professional and respectful of my property. They had to dig deep into the ground and made an effort to place the dirt, mud, clay and rocks on-top of a tarp
