The controller set on fire
We went back to the store and spoke with David our original sales person he found a used box that did not work they don't have anyone on staff or contract that can help with our burned controller David said he had not heard of anyone else with the problem he offered to do a deal on another bed but did not call or text me to give me any info we waited 8weeksfor a replacement controller we had to keep calling them it's been about a month and no calls from the store to assist us with our situation

Planned a move to Windsor, no opportunity to test mattresses in advance, got Dave on the phone, explained I'd have a Murphy bed rather like a platform, no box spring, but I wanted soft; Dave made recommendations within my budget. Mattress delivered as I'd requested (in the afternoon, as I was driving from Toronto in the a.m.) Mattress is totally comfortable, very happy with the choice and the service.

The bedroom depot is the worst place in Windsor to buy any kind of furniture. First of all, their products are very low quality. Bought a bed frame it broke two times in 1 day and I called them they didn’t even send any van or something, I had to bring it back to them in my car same goes with the mattress that I bought for around $600-$700 spring also broke within 2 months ! These guys are the worst they will do anything to make you pay for their furniture plus 80% of the products they sell are Chinese and they charge double for those things! I do not recommend anyone to go to this place for

Great customer service ! Wanted to purchase another bed in a box but lost the receipt from a previous purchase. They printed and provided us another hard copy of the receipt and matched the price on the second mattress. Return options are clearly explained during the time of purchase. Going to look at area rugs, would expect the same service.

This was my go to store for years! All my beds and futons, excellent prices. I've sent numerous friends and family here. Never had a problem before. I was gifted a bed set from here that was $150. I got it home and the first thing I want to do is wash it so it can go on my bed. I read the instructions which for everything was washer and dryer safe. The pillows had some black marks on them I assumed it was dirt so I toss those in ... They come out still dirty and with bunches and pulls... I put the comforter in and it comes out the same full of bunches and pulls and grey stains... The sheets are

We went to Bedroom Depot to get a mattress. From the time we walked in the store we were given great service by Ryan. We picked out a mattress but getting it home had issues with it, too hard for us. Ryan went above and beyond the call of duty to get us a mattress that was just perfect for us. We were not expecting the quality of service that we received. We were kept apprised of when to expect delivery and the delivery men were friendly and efficient. We could not ask for more. Thank you Bedroom Depot
