I needed a transmission as mine was died. I gave them the numbers and said exactly what my truck is. A 1997 Ford E350 RV cutaway, 2wd, with a 7.3 powerstroke diesel. They wanted me to pay the $840.00 bill,… which included $100 for shipping, by transfer.
Their business is in Duncan BC. My broken truck is in a parking lot in Abbotsford BC. The transmission arrived late morning on Oct. 14th 2021. I was on the phone with them just shortly after that. They sent me the wrong transmission. I have a 2 wheel drive. The one they sent is for a 4 wheel drive. Way different rear bell housing and the

Made the trip up from Victoria to pick up some parts for my Pontiac. All of the parts I received fit and were correct except for a cylinder that opens and closes the hood. When I went to put it on I realized it wasn't the right one I know it can change from model to model and I didn't have the one in hand that I needed when I asked. Overall I picked up six parts for less than $200 even with the one that didn't work I still saved myself 150 to $300 depending on shipping and where you buy them from

They have a solid selection of vehicles, but the service is pretty bad. Guy didn’t even look up from his computer and was kinda rude. Asked for a common part for a vehicle (drivers seat) and was told they didn’t have any. I asked if they had a few of the same model on the lot and was told yes. Asked if I could take a look just to double check and was curtly told no and that he couldn’t do anything for me. Guess they didn’t want the sale...really hope I caught them on a bad day as the experience I had was surprising considering the other reviews
