I needed one replacement blind on one of my side-by-side windows in my dining room. Due to the first blind coming from another company, Carla took her time with me to find a perfect match to go with the rest in my house. Lady driving a company SUV parked in a handicap spot at Micheals and then jumped the cue at the checkout and demanded to return items. When the cashier asked her to wait for the other customers to be helped she said that her time was too valuable to wait. If this is any indication of the business, yikes!
