The truck came within two hours of calling and the workmen were pleasant, diligent and agreeable while working efficiently through a very heavy removal of old construction debris. Quick and efficient,
I have two mattresses and two box spring to get rid off yesterday. After finding out that the city cant take the big items on the garbage day,I did search and found the Capital Junk. Did ask for a quote and the very next day, they were available to take them from our house.

We were able to make an appointment for the same day that we began looking for someone to take away our very old, very large and very heavy floor model TV. They accepted an appointment online, confirmed it by phone and then called about 1/2 hour before arriving. The pickup was made very quickly (they were here for about 15 minutes total time) and the most pleasant part was that the cost was about 1/2 the amount quoted by other companies.

They did an awesome job helping to remove extra junk I had accumulated over the years. He was very responsive when scheduling the appointment and was very easy to work with for getting the estimate - which was very reasonable for the amount of items I was having him take. He was extremely efficient in packing all of my things onto his truck. It is great to have all of that space back again!

I dont often leave feedback but I really feel Capital Junks Service is outstanding from the booking process to the actual removal the Company did a great job We recently had a death in the family and needed to clear out an entire home, I dont know how we would have gotten the job done without capital junk.

Well I was in a pickle! Having had 2 knee surgeries and a ruptured disc in the past I was really in no shape to handle the hoard left in my father in laws basement after we put him in care. After doing 6 utility trailer loads myself I decided it was time for professional help.
I called the gang at Capital Junk and talked with Justin who got me all set up for an appointment to send 2 trucks and 2 men to cart it all away. Throughout the process Justin kept me informed and aware of when they were arriving and how long things would take. As we live in the country about an hour drive from Ottawa

The guys were super quick in getting to me, and when they got here their top priority was getting me the best deal for their service-no price gouging or haggling. I needed to get rid of a huge load and they gave me a fair estimate. It was out of my budget though, so they worked with me to find to most cost-effective solution. I had a big problem and they made it manageable. They were professional, kind, and quick. 10/10
