I got my wedding florals at Coquitlam Florist. The only thing I gave as a reference was a picture of my faux floral arch and asked them to make the bouquets and etc. complimentary. On the day of the wedding I was FLOORED to see how beautiful our bouquets were! Even our photographers (who specialized in weddings) were shocked to see them. My wedding party kept asking how I came up with the bouquet and I honestly couldn't take any of the credit-it was Catherine, the owner, and her team!

The flowers I have received at Coquitlam Florist have always been top-quality. The staff have always been extremely friendly. The owner is amazing, helpful and friendly, best customer service. I stopped by there, I had been looking for a plant. The store is conveniently located off the highway, which makes it easy to stop by while doing some running around. They had a good selection of flowers, and some potted plants.
A friendly staff member immediately helped me find what I needed. There was signage reminding people to avoid touching the plants. Fast, safe, and convenient, it felt good being able to stop by and be on my way. The value, was an extra bonus.:)

We were disappointed with the lack of care, quality and attention to detail in our floral arrangement, which was ordered for my Grandma’s funeral on April 6th, 2021. As you can see in the photo from what we expected to receive vs. what was delivered, some flowers were discoloured, noticeably wilted, and not tightly integrated into the arrangement. We also had requested in the invoice to use the same ribbon colour as per the arrangement example photo, which was confirmed in our invoice, but upon arrival the ribbon was different. You always exceed my expectations. Today, I picked up the boutonnière and corsage I ordered for my daughter and my husband to wear at the father daughter dance, and I am so impressed. The fliers are beautiful and the spray of jewels you added to the corsage for my daughter was completely unexpected and an amazing extra touch that will make her evening that much more incredible. I recently used Coquitlam florist for my daughters wedding. We had several issues.
First, 3 weeks before the wedding ,we were told that the flowers we spoke ( several months in advance) about using for our center pieces were unavailable and we were getting Mums instead! When I talked to the florist about this she insisted that she never told us we could have our flowers( peonies) and that we always getting something " like" a peony. This simply was not true! Not only did we agree to peonies but she brought one out of her cooler so we could see how many we would need per vase!! She made
