The gentleman that I dealt with had absolutely no interest in helping me solve my feet issues as I described them to him all he wanted to do was sell me an expensive pair of snow boots which would solve all my problems. I bought and they did not help and with their no refund no return policy I am screwed. Over the phone he said he knew my problems and could help. Stay away from this guy

Went to Shoe Comfort on a recommendation. Staff were very welcoming and thorough. Vincent assessed my needs (I wanted hiking shoes), recommended a few styles and helped me try on a range of different brands. No pressure or rushing which I really appreciated. What a great store with extremely knowledgeable people! I took my mom into the store and they were kind and helpful plus really know there stuff. They could even tell the shoe size by just looking. Mom was very happy. My wife and I bought shoes the next week. My feet have never been so happy.

I had such a friendly, easy experience at shoe comfort! After leaving the podiatrists office being told I have plantar fasciitis, I asked the store clerk to help give me some options of shoes that would help give me arch support and have a lifted heel and he was glad to help! He was great at providing information on the different shoes I was trying on and was able to answer my questions! They made it such an easy going and relaxing experience! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality, supportive shoes!

This store is amazing and a must see when looking for shoes. The staff are extremely friendly and the knowledge they have and share about their products is impressive. My wife has a very difficult time buying shoes. She has metal fusing her toes she requires great arch support and a very firm sole. The staff listened to her needs and we walked out with the perfect shoes for her and a lot more knowledeable about buying footwear. We are very glad that we by chance walked into their store. To the people who gave Shoe Comfort a bad or mediocre rating, I suggest they take themselves across the street where there are a number of places that sell shoes to party or run in. This is a store that sells stylish shoes for people who have developed a variety of back, leg and foot problems, i.e. us old geezers.
My wife and I fall into that category plus we both have problems getting shoes that fit comfortably , especially when walking. I'm particularly hard to fit because of a leg brace that requires one shoe to be larger than another. Shoe Comfort had styles we liked and, more importantly

Can you imagine it's 2021 and you don't have your products up on your website? I'm looking for a 150 dollar pair of New Balance shoes and I'm not even going to drop by your store because it's not worth wasting my time when I don't know what products you have. I am surprised that comfortable shoes for people with wide foot ,like mine ,can have ,a stylish ,yet comfortable pair of shoes, and boots.

It was a few days past the return date but they were very understanding and very helpful.
Their prices and quality stand above all stores I've been in. Their wide selection of all seasons of footwear. I was incredible impressed by their selection of winter boots. From warm fashion to ice gripper -35 boots.
I have a problematic left foot and they let me try on any that I wanted but in the end it was my foot that decided

As soon as you walk into this store you realize it is for a much older age group.
I will be honest, I was in this store for less than 20 seconds. When I walked in I realized it wasn't what I was expecting. Most of the shoes are just plain old walking shoes and nothing stylish. As I turned around and started walking out I noticed that every shoe in here looked boring and most of the people in here were much older.
That is probably why it is called shoe comfort.

Ughhhhh, why do I keep running into these old people shoe stores? I was hoping Shoe Comfort was a store I could find a pair of running shoes for my incredibly flat feet but turns out it's just a place where old people can find walking shoes.
Everyone here was at least 60 so I felt a little out of place. To be fair to the store, it was well kept. The store attendants were extremely friendly but probably thought I was a bit slow on the uptake since I was a young person shopping here.
