As I read views of others, similarly this is to share with you guys that you must count the chairs and tables before arrival of your guests because we were short of 01 Table and 10 chairs less against agreed quantity and this act help them to create panic situation that your guests came in excess quantity and thay can demand more money that time because they know that you have no choice to pay to avoid embarrassing situation among your guests. Quality of food was good.

Management is inconsistent and does not follow up with you in a timely manner. One of them is insanely rude and unprofessional. There doesn't seem to be a set policy as each person I spoke to told me something different in terms of minimum guest count. Seems as if they are just trying to grab as much money from you as possible, which normally would've been fine if they at least kept good customer service and an honest policy in mind too.

My office Christmas party was held at Maple Banquet Hall last Thursday. It started at 11 am and lasted for a few hours.
This banquet hall is located in the same plaza as Zauq, which is a couple of stores down. Parking can be extremely busy, so it was recommended to carpool with colleagues. I drove my intern over here. We had no problem finding a parking spot steps away from the main entrance.
The banquet hall is pretty. Flowers in vases greet you. We had a check-in reception area a few steps away from the main entrance.
Our office has roughly 200 people. We all fit in nicely at Empress Hall

This is a decent banquet hall. I attended many events in this hall. The staff is very helpful and nice. They will help you as much as they can do. Especially,the Manager Tunde . I attended a Asian wedding and tried their Asian menu and also a Christmas party which has europian food and both was amazing. I also like the decor inside the venue.This banquet hall has a huge parking lot.

I held my wedding at Maple Banquet last Saturday and I'm very satisfied with the decision. The food was amazing, a lot of my guests complimented on it. I had 2 halls, one for the ceremony and the other for the reception. They were both nicely decorated. The servers were polite and very attentive. One negative thing I would say it's that my emails were not replied to, however, my concerns and requests were addressed properly. The price was good for the service and venue. Would highly recommend this banquet hall.

We had a party in the Cardinal Hall at Maple Banquet Hall two weeks ago and I only have wonderful things to say about this hall. Aslan and Tunde helped coordinate everything and the staff was so helpful throughout the night. The food was incredible and our guests were all very pleased with the taste and quality. We were here for a friend's pre-wedding ceremony and the first thing we noticed was that this place was cold, not only physically but the overall theme of the place. The whole place needed some renovation. There was a tiny bar and it's so basic that it seemed like a hand washing station with cracked tiles and dirty wall. Even my friend the host was really disappointed with the place, although he had no choice because it was chosen by the family.

Planning my wedding in a few months basically took the life out of me and the venue was the last thing to come together. Thankfully Tunde made the whole process a lot easier. It got to the point where I was trying to scramble together something semi-decent at the last minute. My expectations may have started out low, but as I got more and more input I realized I might be in somewhat of a pickle because what I wanted was either going to cost me way too much or it was too late to get it.

After reading the business owner's comment I have decided to drop the my rating to 1 star due to extremely poor customer service by the owner. Instead of reading the reviews and looking for ways to improve (not the only person who mentioned the gross bathrooms) she has decided to take up an attitude.

I was a guest this weekend at a wedding which was held at Maple Banquet Hall. I was a bit sceptical upon entering the facility because it was located at a strip mall but once I entered I couldn't believe the contrast. There were 400 guests and the room was decorated spectacularly. I think the pictures speak for themselves. The food tasted great, the bartender was entertaining and helpful. The staff also made the venue very enjoyable. I have no hesitation to recommend this banquet hall for anyone who wants to have an enjoyable and memorable time with the guests.

I've been to my share of banquet halls. this one is really decent.
i couldn't help but like how clean the actual hall was, there is two main rooms, that can be split or opened to make a double room?(i hope this makes sense) the food was amazing(not sure if its tied to the hall) and the staff serving the food was very much on point. for example, each table got a pitcher of water and i think ours was empty a grand total of 12 minutes, over the course of a whole night? AMAZING!

I booked a wedding event in 2009 at Maple Banquet Hall for around 100 people and was more than satisfied with the service they provided. They offer good value for the price. Yes there are other more fancier places, if you want to spend more $$$, but it depends on your budget. The food was good, staff courteous and willing to go extra mile to accommodate the clients. I would definitely book future events at Maple.

I hosted my sisters Bridal Shower at Maple Banquet Hall in July 2011 and it was a HUGE hit!!! So much so that my sister was kicking herself for NOT booking her actual Wedding Day there and ended up paying almost triple the price for the same quality as Maple!!! Since having such a great experience at the Shower, 1 of our guests had returned a few months later to have her Baby Shower hosted w Maple and she too had a wonderful experience. I have been here on numerous south asian events whether it is a big community dinner or wedding related events. It is a sub par banquet hall. I think the main attraction is that it is cheap to host an event. The food is ok and the service is meh. Washrooms I will not even comment!
For whatever reason, I am at the banquet hall at least twice a year on my family's request. Yay for me.
I would recommend other banquet halls in the area versus this one.
