I am always shocked at the horror stories people tell me when they come through our door. We are not a big dealer that has forgotten how to treat people. We have a 5000 sq.ft shop that can fit cars, trucks, motorhomes, and trailers! Our shop is a very open layout, most shops cram as many hoists into an area as possible to get as many jobs done as quickly as possible with little regard to vehicle care or customer satisfaction.

Marilyn, Murdoch and the team have saved my butt time and time again. They understand the importance of my truck running and getting me to and from Every day. Travelling northbound through AB (over a long weekend) the, LMF crew took our (odd ball) foreign car in right away without any hesitation and serviced it professionally, with attention to detail, and, at a very reasonable rate. Our experience with the LMF techs was: hard working, zero attitude and solid training/experience with a great service facility/tooling-- Give em a try, you won't be disappointed!

Worth the drive north of the city! My vehicle is nearing 100K's and LMF has helped me from getting ripped off from the dealership. A few months ago they found an issue that was covered by my warranty and advised me to talk to the dealership. The dealership did end up fixing it via the warranty but had originally told me it wasn't covered..... Today LMF completed a service for $250 less than the dealership quoted me last week!! Customer for life right here.

I highly recommend LMF to anyone and everyone.
They never hesitate to go above and beyond. The customer service starts right at the door when you walk in and are greeted by Marilyn, and Murdoch is always sure to pop out to say a quick hello between vehicles.

We were travelling through the area after a snowmobile trip to the mountains when we had trouble with our Ford diesel. LMF booked us in immediately and fixed us up within a few hours. The staff treated us great, gave us a loaner vehicle and were just overall awesome. If we lived in the area we would certainly be going back. A great place to do business.

We had to take our car in recently to get an issue fixed and were really happy with the service we received here! They got us in right away, and gave us a really reasonable quote compared to a couple other places we had called. They had our car fixed in a timely manner and were very nice to deal with. I will definitely be going back any time I need my car looked at!

Great experience with these guys, they knew we were anxious to get our vehicle repaired to keep our home business running so they put in extra time to make sure it was done quickly. Not only that they came in… under their quote! If you're looking for knowledgeable and honest mechanics, I highly recommend these guys. Marilyn at the front desk is probably the nicest lady you will ever meet.
