As Construction Managers, we act on behalf of the owner in the role of agent. The Owner contracts directly with Trades & Suppliers. We work with the Owner and Consultants as part of the overall team from design development, pre-construction, through to construction and completion of the project. During construction we act as the Owners adviser and provide on-site management.
