Came here after a car accident and honestly, best decision ever. Originally I was worried about going to a chiropractor because of stories I’ve heard but Raf ensured that he’d only treat based on my consent so feeling comfortable I told him to do whatever he a has to to get me better.
The energy and atmosphere is amazing like you feel welcomed the second you enter those doors. Secretaries are sweet too! I’d recommend this place. The staff is all professionals and provide super customer service.

Such an exceptional place for your chiropractic needs, Dr. Rafael, is a positive experience and a master at his craft. I've gone to a few other chiropractors, and although they were helpful, Dr. Rafael has managed to improve my major problem areas significantly in just a few visits. Dr.Rafael is a generous person and cares about your recovery; I genuinely like him. His staff is professional and friendly, and I would recommend Richmond Hill Total Health to anyone looking for excellent chiropractic care.

I genuinely look forward to my appointments at Total Health because of the personable staff, and the services that Dr. Raf has curated based on my specific needs! I can really tell Dr. Raf has taken the time to understand and develop a plan of action catered to my individual issue, which makes me feel comfortable in his care! Dr. Rafael is an awesome doctor. He is positive and very caring and has significantly improved my neck pain in just two visits. I have visited many doctors in Canada, but my experience with Dr. Rafael was exceptional. I even brought my daughter in and she was extremely satisfied. Great service at this Richmond hill location. the front desk are decent, but the doctor steps in quickly when he sees things out of place. the chiropractor is amazing and tailors health plan with budget and treatment needs. I would highly recommend dr bagheri for your chiro needs. you get five stars and that means a lot coming from me.

I have been coming to this clinic for over a year and have always had a great experience here. They are very accommodating with my schedule and call ahead to confirm my appointment. From the front desk staff, to the RMT, stretch therapist, and of course Dr. Rafael, everyone is always so friendly and smiling. Dr. Rafael is the best at what he does and makes sure I am happy with my treatment before I leave. A very professional and welcoming environment that I highly recommend!

I have been coming to Dr. Rafael for two separate injuries now, and he has without a doubt, immensely alleviated all my nagging pain in such a short amount of time.
I cannot recommend him enough. He is very experienced and takes the time to educate you on what the underlying issues are - not to mention he is very personable! The staff have also been very responsive, whether it's booking in appointments or invoicing.

I have been suffering from back issues for a long time and I recently went to see Dr. Rafael due to another back pain episode. I was able to see him pretty quickly. Dr. Rafael and his staff are amazing! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly. They took care of all my billing needs by calling the insurance company to inquire about what I was covered for and took care of all the direct billing which allowed me to focus on healing. Richmond hill total health has been one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had. I went in for a consultation not knowing what to expect due to a injury from sports and right away Dr. Rafael assessed my injury with in 20 minutes with and did my first treatment that day. Dr. Rafael right away set me up with an treatment plan seeing him weekly and after 3 weeks I noticed a significant increase in how I was feeling. With in a month and a half of treatment I was back doing the activities I love with out any pain or discomfort. I could not be happier with Dr. Rafael and his team of amazing employees

For the last while now I have been having a lot of back pain from being on my feet all the time for work. I've seen doctors and massage therapists for the pain, but nothing ever helped. Finally I met Dr. Rafael Bagheri and he literally changed my life. My days are much easier to get through, because of his help. I used to have to sit down after 30mins of being on my feet, but now I can go my whole shift at the restaurant (my work) without having to worry about dealing with any sort of pain. I have now completed 6 sessions with Dr. Rafael and highly recommend his services. He treats my conditions very holistically - heating pad, Tens machine, soft tissue work, traction bed, etc.
Unlike experiences with other Chiropractors, I don't feel rushed, and his 6th treatment is as good as, or better than, my first. I have found other chiropractors great with initial assessment and treatment, but they then quickly fall into routine assembly line treatment sending you on your way after a couple of quick adjustments. So far, Dr Rafael has taken great time and care at each appointment. Thanks Dr
