Dj was not up to mark and had attitude. Food was good, staff was great if I take Dj out everything was good. We go to so many parties and banquets Crown palace need to work on to get a better service for Dj. I am too much in music and we deal with different djs every week. I think this is worst I saw in long time.

We had booking for wedding due to COVID we had to change the dates they were so reliable they honored our old manue when everyone is upset about changes happening after covid I will suggest to check with them for booking you will not regret. I appreciate the service.

Worst place to organise party or wedding party. Food is okay okay. Most important thr DJ thinks he is Punjabi MC or best punjabi dj around the world. They dont listen to you! They do wht they like.

Parking Lot at night time after party is sooo pitch dark. My child and mom tripped and fell. My child got hurt soo bad, that start bleeding. Idk what they are thinking about making it sooo dark. Adding no lights at all.

Very unprofessional service. Gave my booking to someone else and told me I didn't confirm although we spoke about the event a few times. Luckily another Banquet Hall bailed us out. Will never use this hall nor will I ever recommend it unless you have a second hall booked as backup

Had the opportunity to visit this venue in August and September again and I cant recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a beautiful venue for either a pre wedding function or the reception. They had bbq and patio setup for the summer event and it was just awesome! Props to the Chefs you guys do great job! The service was great and the food was even better. Also like to thank the Manager Joe for arranging a safe ride home for us at the end of the nite. Would definately recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a big grand event.

Had our party there last weekend. The manager, Joe, was very helpful. The staff had made a slight error in seating arrangements but were quick to rectify it. Food was delicious and served timely. Sound system was good too. Will definitely go back for our next Christmas party.

We had a Jaggo party at crown palace for my brothers wedding last week. We had spent a ton of money on food and decor. Hall looked amazing when I walked in, decorations were beautiful. But to our disappointment, hall service was horrible. Guests had started arriving and there were no appetizers. They had just 1 appetizer on the buffet and according to the waiter rest will be served to the tables. By 9pm no appetizers were served. I'm not sure if they ran out of food or they just didn't care. We had to run after the waiters for food. There were at least 6 waiters standing behind the bar area, not
