For over thirty years, our team of family physicians and allied health care workers have served and cared for the Regina community. Our practice provides medical care to almost 20,000 patients, and is continually growing. Our facility is fully equipped with two floors, including 14 exam rooms, a treatment room, laboratory, and business office. We are proud of the standard of care that we offer and prioritize patient safety, privacy, and satisfaction. Patients who have a family physician here at VEMC can call our office at (306) 789-4677 to book an appointment with one of our receptionists. At this time, we do not have online booking services available.

I've been a patient here for almost 30 years and have never found anyone to be rude or have I ever waited an unreasonable amount of time. the lab upstairs is amazing , no other lab in the city compares. I think all the negative reviews are from people that are upset to begin with or just a bit self entitled.

This clinic is very professionally run. It is organized and efficient. I found it to be a very clean and safe environment especially important during these unprecedented times. Super unprofessional. The doctor we saw in the evening told us “You should just get a family doctor, because at walk ins, we’re not going to give you the best care”. It shouldn’t matter if it is a walk in clinic or a family doctor, it is a doctors job to provide best care possible. It is their job to be competent enough to diagnose and treat a patient, regardless of if they are their family doctor or not. Telling your patient “we aren’t going to give you the best care” is the most unprofessional thing they could say. Would not recommend.

I came to this clinic on Dec 28,2019 at 11.30 am and took an appointment from their receptionist for 1.30 pm. Came back at 1.30 pm and was informed that there were 7 patients ahead of me and this would take one more hour or so. My question is what is the use of comming earlier and taking an appointment if there is a 3 hour wait. What a joke. I would have appreciated if the receptionist called me to say that you should come at 2.30 pm to the clinic. Unfortunately for patients there are extremely limited to no places to see doctors that is why we are stuck at this dumb clinic.

Have been a patient at this clinic for > 10 years now, and they're always trying to find new ways to make things easier. They sometimes are successful and sometimes not, but at least they try. They are very busy all the time, which makes wait times harder, but they spend the time that they need to spend with patients to make the time spent worth while.
Anytime we have had an issue, we have reported it to the staff or the doctor's and it was addressed as soon as possible. I really enjoy the staff at the clinic in general and appreciate the willingness to be personal in their service delivery
