Our story is simple. Going back to the 60's we were originally a small part of a local swimming pool installation company. Then, in 1976, Fence-All separated and became a stand-alone business. Swimming pool customers had an obvious need for fencing and Fence-All was the perfect solution. This meant offering all of the popular residential fence styles of the day (all 2 of them!) in "pool legal" fashion.

Fence-All has grown far beyond the small fence installation business of those early days-today Fence-All is an industry leader and a recognized specialist. Now, after more than 40 years of specializing in fences, decks, railings, and gates our offices, shipping and manufacturing facilities all cover more than an acre of land.

Our estimators know their stuff: if you're a general contractor we can get you the numbers you need quickly along with quality shop drawings and a plan that works for you. Our in-house facilities and shop are the best in the business so custom work is no problem.

Fence All never came down for measurements and estimate review. They sent the contractors straight to work. I missed 2 feet in my measurement so they charged me $800 extra. We agreed about putting in a gate but the contractors weren't aware about it. I had to pay the extra $800 for the gate. The lumber they use is very cheap quality. Mike was a terrible sales person. He was very rude on the phone and was unwilling to negotiate even though they made a mistake. I don't recommend this company. Stay away!!!!! I will never ever use their services again.

Couldn't be more pleased with the service, from the quote to the actual installation. They even installed the fence earlier than agreed because they were ahead of schedule. The sales contact person was very responsive, and accommodated a last minute change too.

Had Todd come out for a quote on Sept 10, was told I'd get a quote that day. Got nothing for days. Reached out about 7 days ago via email and got a reply later letting me know he was out of office but would look into why I didnt get the quote. Hadn't heard from him since. I called him yesterday morning and was sent straight to voicemail, I left a voicemail asking for the quote asap. I still haven't heard back from him. I understand people are busy and there can be delays and I'm trying to be understanding during covid but this experience goes beyond that.

I am so disappointed with this company. I read the reviews beforehand and went against my better judgement because they were one of the few companies offering the product I needed. Please learn from my mistake and stay away from this company.
From the beginning, the customer service was inconsistent at best. It was easy to set up a consultation appointment online, but the salesperson called shortly before the appointment time to say they couldn’t make it but could send me the information via email. I agreed because it was a straightforward quote. The salesperson did send me the information,

Choose ANYONE else. After conducting research online and getting multiple quotes, I decided to go with Fence All. Although among the more expensive options, the reviews were good and I wanted a top quality product and top customer service, so I was willing to pay for it. I even paid in full, many months in advance because I was wanted to save a… little bit, and I was confident that all would be good with my choice. I was very wrong. Fence-All has been a huge disappointment and I would highly recommend to anyone to not use them. While I understand some of the issues were related to the pandemic

Very disappointed with the promises Fence-All has made about the installation of our fence. It has been delayed 4 or 5 times. Usually they said it was due to rain, but recently the weather has been good and still no one shows up.

Very unhappy. We had a damaged fence and asked Fence all to fix it. TWO YEARS ago. We have given them a 500 dollar deposit and still nothing. Excuses excuses excuse. Dreadful service. Very unhappy

Stay away from Todd Langille. Gave us a quote. We signed the contract. All Todd had to do was send our info to the office to charge our credit card but he never got to it. I called the office and he never did it. Price went up twice since and now saying he can’t go back to our original SIGNED contract. Both our neighbors were in this and one neighbor even ask for more fence. Todd (and his boss) asking us to negotiate a new price. UNBELIEVABLE. Very frustrated.

Six weeks since they told my neighbour, who contracted in November and paid for the work in full in March, that they were going to do the fence. Two more no-shows since then. They are interfering with my ability to finish another section of the fence and the fence is being pushed into my yard now. It obviously isn't a shortage of material since they have had over 4 months and we were able to purchase just a few weeks back. Don't pay a contractor in advance, they have no motivation to then do the work.

Although the job we needed was very small, just a railing on a back step, Fence-All treated this like it was just as important as other much more profitable jobs. The estimator arrived on time and was so knowledgeable, discussing all options available to us. Timeline for install was within the approximate time frame discussed. And we are very happy with the final result, we love the new railing, not only is it very secure and sturdy but its also very stylish. The next project will be a new fence in a few years and we will definitely be contacting Fence-All for that as well!

So far I am disappointed. After booking and waiting 15 weeks for a small and simple railing I have had to call and ask for a date for installation twice. Despite promises to return my call with a date, I continue to need to call back as no one gets back to me as promised.
I would advise no prepayment and call repeatedly to ensure you haven't been pushed aside for more "important" clients.
