I've worked with Damon several times as video production and just for the first time used him as a photographer. Whatever role he's in he is always communicative and timely. He takes the time to gets clear about what I want to get out of the shoot and then delivers. Technically he is so proficient that you end up stretching the value of the shoot because he's efficient.
