We hired Waterloo Limo for our wedding. We used their limo service to go from where we were getting ready to the church as well as their Rolls Royce as our get away car. The vehicles were clean and drivers complied with COVID regulations. Both our drivers were very friendly. Most importantly the planning process was easy! Cris was super helpful with answering all our questions in a timely manner. Both services were on time and we couldn't be happier.

Couldn’t say enough great things about this experience! Cris was our driver and he was beyond words incredible! Had ice already in the Limo, on time and we even requested a couple of extra little amendments on the day of and he accommodated incredibly. So nice and personable, will definitely be using their service again! Amazing, amazing, amazing!

We had a fantastic experience with Waterloo Limo! I am not normally one to do reviews, but the great reviews is what lead me to this company, and I am extremely happy with the service. Cris was very fast at responding to e-mails, flexible with changes to our plans, and very professional. Sean our driver for our 2 trips, was fantastic! We were excited to get him again for our second trip. I would recommend Waterloo Limo to anyone looking for high quality service and transportation!

I contacted Waterloo Limo to facilitate a return trip to Toronto for my wife's 30th birthday. Cris was very easy to work with for the booking, accommodating and prompt with responses. The day of the event was great. Sean, the driver, was on time for the pick up, delivery to TO and return with the group (he is also a saint for listening to the music that 11 partying women played at full blast the whole way back!). 10/10 I would recommend them to anyone and will use them for any other services I need in the future.

Chris, our driver was extremely polite and courteous and arrived way ahead of time in order to allow us to take photos in front of the limo. The limo was very spacious and specially decorated for our night. It was extremely affordable and professional. I highly recommend Waterloo Limo for your prom night (and any other occasion, really). I was very impressed with Waterloo Limo's professionalism! My friends and I hired them twice to take us on Niagara wine tours. They arrived a few minutes early with the entire trip mapped out, ready to go! The driver was extremely friendly and accommodating to all of our needs. The limo was comfortable, clean stocked water and glasses for drinks. I highly recommend them and will definitely be booking them again in the future!

We had Waterloo Limo provide transportation services for my June 2017 wedding. The limo was spacious and clean, but the best part was the service! The pre-wedding day planning was easy, as they were very responsive and their great communication made me feel at ease. On the day of, our driver Patrick was early for everything and followed our schedule precisely without any hiccups. I highly recommend them for weddings and any special occasion!
