DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This was the absolute worst service experience I have ever had. I trusted Mikes Auto Hauler to transport my vehicle from Ontario to Calgary. They promoted themselves online as a fast and efficient company who would be able to deliver my vehicle to its destination within 12 business days. When I initially inquired about their service they were quick to respond and sent someone to pick up my vehicle right away. I now understand why that was the case. I was told the full payment for transportation would be taken once the vehicle was in transit. The same day they picked up

So many issues, where to start?
Early on they were quick to reply and were the only company to offer curbside drop off for an extra fee only to find out they gave my car to another company who does not have that service. I eventually got a refund for that. Luckily I know some people here that were able to drive me to pick up the car because it was dropped off over an hour away.
Once they were paid, they rarely ever replied and most of the time when they did, the response would be, "I'll contact this person and get back to you." They never call back and then when I would call they
