I asked for a part for my laptop which they indicated they could get for me however they refused to order it because I would not allow them to access my laptop.
My laptop functions just fine and I do all of my own troubleshooting and software repair / installations.
Worst computer shop I have ever been at. Would not recomend them to anyone.

My son's desktop stopped working. We had heard good things about Stinn Tech, so we made an appointment and brought it in. They were very thorough asking about the issues we were having. CPU was fixed in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. We were so pleased we brought in a laptop we are having issues with. Again, detailed report of the issues taken. We expect the same great service on the laptop as we had with the CPU. We recommend them for any computer or related hardware problems.

Simply put, Colin is the man! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable in the field of Information Technology, he is professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I work as a Systems/Network Administrator for a company in the United States that manages multiple IT and network infrastructures around the globe. Sometimes, we need someone on-site to troubleshoot issues before flying a technician out. After checking around in the Alberta area, we found Stinn Tech and decided to give them a try.
