Henry and the Team at Team Vincent went way above and beyond !!!
Up graded my Ryker to a 2018 RT LTD. Pick up date was coincidentally to be on my birthday.
When a part was needed but wasn't going to be in in time it didn't look like it was going to happen. Once my wife told them it would be my birthday they made it happen by getting the part from another bike.
These guys know customer service. They made this an amazing day.
We love our new Spyder and know that Team Vincent will be there to support us and make owning it a great pleasure.

I was reached out to by Ashley and she was very helpful troubleshooting what went wrong with the missing emails(they are defiantly having website problems right now), and help me with scheduling to get my bike in, would have been in much sooner if not for my own schedule.
When I brought my bike in everyone I dealt with was very helpful and quick to look at my bike and finish my recall. Very happy in the end and I will most likely try them again for my next service appointment.

Bought 2 seadoos from this dealership. Friendly staff all around. Lots of people in the store who are willing to help. I just want to say thank you Matt for the "wow factor" and amazing customer service I have received from you and your service department at Team Vincent Motor sports today and in the past. truly amazing customer service Matt " wow" is all I can say. also a big shout out to Lloyd in the parts department for helping dress up my Can am Defender "that I will now be enjoying on my 3 week vacation".

I was referred by a friend & owning retail stores myself was very picky about service. Dave & his team were excellent from product knowledge to service & installation. All dealers are a bit pricey but I am ok with that if it is done right the first time 😉 Probably will purchase a new sled there for my wife next season. 😀
