About Us Report

TJ's has been in the furniture business for over 20 years, starting as a Flea Market in Camlachie, offering unique furniture items. Soon after, they opened at the Mara Trade Centre, preferring to sell new products, as they were easier to locate versus searching auctions and vintage stores.

They then moved to the Harvey's Plaza as Camlachie Furniture and then 15 years ago, purchased the current location, deciding to be open only Thursday through Sunday, in order to properly maintain the store and also receive deliveries.Trendz Interiors started in the London Road store and eventually relocated to downtown Sarnia.

Absolutely terrible customer service, I have been waiting over 4-5 months for my couch to arrive an dyes I understand it's covid but I asked for call updates and hadn't heard from anyone for over 2 months until I called them, I was informed it was suppose to arrive within a couple weeks and was told I'd be called with updates even if it did not, more than 1.5 months again and I called for any sort of update and my calls weren't answered and my messages never returned. I called again a couple weeks ago on a Tuesday and was told it would be in sarnia Thursday and I would be called Friday even if

We have not been impressed the last few times. I don't like being met at the door by a sales person and then followed around the store as if they think we are going to steal ssomething. Prices are not as reasonable as they were when the store was on London Road.
