Can no longer recommend as their Service department is simply dysfunctional in supporting clients in a reasonable timeframe. I have requested to service my 2 fireplaces back in Nov 21, was given a date for Jan 19, 22 and that has now been cancelled as well with no new date! As always they blame/excuse it on staff shortage and just to complete my experience with Arc, the same long waits I had every year!

We couldn't be happier with our new wood stove! We let the pro's at Ark at Home decide what would be the best stove for our home and the whole experience has been amazing. The service was outstanding, Stephen and Rhoades came to install the stove; they were fast, clean, very polite and easy to have in your home. Duncan came by my house after working hours to offer us an estimate and just like his team, very polite, professional and easy to have in your home. I'd recommend this team for any and all fireplace work!

We were impressed with the efficiency and expertise we received from Rob Sidoroff at Ark At Home from the moment moment we enquirered about installing a gas fireplace in November 2018. We wanted it installed before Christmas which we didn't think would be possible. Rob set the wheels in motion . The job was carried out professionally and expediently. He also advised us as to how to claim the $300 rebate offered by Fortis Gas. We coul not be more delighted with our beautiful fireplace which arrived in time for Christmas?

I just had two new valor fireplaces installed today - They look absolutely beautiful thanks to the extra work Eric arranged for the custom surrounds. The two installers, Steven and Dhillon, were very fast, friendly and efficient to say the least. These too young men worked very well together. It was a pleasure to be on the receiving end of such a professional team. I would definitely recommend Ark Solar to anyone who is looking at getting a gas fireplace. I am so very pleased with the end result.
