I was originally referred by my family doctor in 2020. My family doctor wrote a letter which Dr. Lubitz and staff refer to. I am so impressed by the level of proficiency, care and communication (by Dr. Lubitz and medical team) that I am getting all conditions that I can treated here.
The office is set up to be "spa" comfortable, quiet and with patient privacy ensured. This is one aspect of healing; it's reassuring to know they consider this.
Dr. Lubitz really cares about people and provides more than the basics: he is a surgeon, vein treatment specialist, creator of a line of skin care products

We have been patients of Dr. Lubitz since he moved to Canmore and have always been impressed with the level of service and care. The atmosphere in the clinic is very positive, and although there has been a turnover of some staff, there are several staff members who we know and look forward to seeing them each visit. Follow-up appointments are booked on a regular basis, ensuring that any questionable areas of concern are attended to in good time.

I have been getting Laser treatments from Katie to minimize the visual effects of a scar. The service has been efficient and friendly and the treatment has been working.

I've been seeing Dr. Lubitz for various issues over the past few years. He is professional, very thorough and all of his staff are friendly, courteous and caring.
Due to complex conditions that he sees on a routine basis; there may be some waiting before your appointment. This is hardly ever longer than 10 - 15 minutes (staff do a great job reminding patients of this in their appointment confirmation emails, on their website, and notices posted in the patient rooms & shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone). That being said, I'm usually into an exam room within 5 minutes of arriving.

Great experience! The front end staff were friendly and welcoming. The nurses put me at easy with their knowledge and experience. Doctor Lubitz was very thorough and informative.
