Only patients with an appointment will be allowed in. We ask that you do not come in more than five minutes early to your appointment.
If in any case, you are earlier, we will ask you to wait in your car until your appointment time. No treatment room used back to back: Each room will be cleaned under the recommended guidelines and will be aired out for at least 30 minutes. Pre-screening: patients and support persons/caregivers will be pre-screened during the time of booking, 24 hours prior to the appointment, and upon arrival.

Sarah Tanner, ND is a licensed and registered naturopathic doctor who owns and operates Natural Choices Health Care, located in Bedford. Sarah Tanner, ND uses many different methods of treatment depending on the client and the concern. She tries to get to the bottom of the concern and works with her clients to achieve that goal.
Monica is a Massage Therapist, Teacher, Spiritual Director, Myofascial Therapist and Suikodo Master. She has studied, practised and taught integrative healing for more than twenty years. She creates individualized treatments blending emotional and spiritual awareness with Eastern and Western approaches.

Going to Dr. Sarah at Natural Choices was the opposite of the "one-issue-per-visit" mode of health care which was the only kind I had previously known. Her initial intake process was very thorough and probably the first time I was ever guided to audit my health as a whole. Just as importantly I came away with improvement for my immediate health concern. Highly recommended!
