At BRAND FITNESS, we specialize in FUNctional Fitness for Older Adults. Our signature offering is our BRANDFit50 Small Group Training Program. This is your weekly appointment, working with a Personal Coach, keeping you active, healthy, and strong. Personal Training and Coaching also available in 30 and 60 minute sessions for all ages.
Our BRANDFit50 Small Group Training is a Monthly Membership Program. Stay on track with your Prebooked sessions at our Langley Studio focusing on active aging for older adults. Are you over 40, 50 or 60+?. then we're the Gym for you! We're helping you stay on track and reach your Fitness goals faster, giving you time to live your best life!
Are you 39, 49 or 59 and holding? Keep it up with our FUNctional Fitness Programs creating a community of Fabulous, Healthy, Active people! Age is only a number and should never stop us! In our BRANDFit50 Small Group Training Sessions, you'll spend approximately 45 minutes with us, with 30 of those minutes being led by your Personal Coach!
Our signature offering. Most of our sessions consist of BRANDFit50 Small Group Training for 6 participants. Each session is led by a Certified Personal Trainer for 30 minutes, with individual attention, help and encouragement. These sessions will be something different every time, but will always incorporate balance, movement, cardio, strength and flexibility making for a great FUNctional Training Session.

Not long after my 57th birthday, I realized just how out of shape I had gotten when getting up in the morning to walk my dog was a becoming a huge effort. I knew I had to make some changes so besides changing my diet I knew I also needed to be more active! I was fed up with not being fit and fed up with being flabby!
