Jared and his team have been excellent to deal with over the years for our personal taxes. We ended up moving to the mainland and thought it would be more efficient to use a chartered accounting firm down the street from us. I was concerned with the work and wasn't use to the treatment I was receiving so we contacted Jared for a second opinion. Jared and his team were able to save us a substantial amount on our returns and we were treated with respect, information was explained thoroughly, and their response time was beyond acceptable.

I first opened my business ten years ago. The first accountant I had in Nanaimo did a horrible job and was very expensive. My bookkeeper highly recommended Cross & Co. I have had no regrets since I let Jared do my accounting. Jared and his fantastic staff have done an amazing job over the years. I found Jared to honest, hard working, fair and true to his word.
