Dr. Pooran Ghai graduated with honours from the University of Manitoba Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program in 2007. During her training, she was active in community outreach programs in central and northern Manitoba. After graduation, she worked with Health Canada for five years and provided comprehensive dental care to the First Nations and Inuit population in Thompson, Manitoba.

Very good dentist, very generous and people with good heart full of compassion works here, my old mom who is 80 got her work done here, we've been common here with kids since 2015 and love it but my mom came from Pakistan and she was scared of language and people, but they made her feel just like home. Took the scare out and made her feel so good.

Worst experience ever. Over 2 years going to this place and my teeth are still not done. Everyone including the dentist lies. They been changing my booked appointments and never explained the full process, when I asked they kept on saying that don't worry, we will do one thing at at time so let's do this first. Terrible experience. If you want to ruin your teeth, this is the best place and they are rip off. They give you different price and charge you different. Front end staff is full of lies.

Everything from receiving an email alert that it is the time to schedule that next appointment, to making the appointment, to arriving at the office and being seen at your scheduled appointment time, to the work done and paying as you leave is seamlessly organized. Dr. Ghai’s Dental Clinic will call, email or text (according to your preference) to make scheduling and coordinating is easy and absolutely hassle free. Only come here if you have time to waste. There's no doubt the dental staff is good at their job which is the reason for the second star but they are absolutely the worst when it comes to time management with their clients. Time and time again we schedule appointments here and are taken in 30-40min after the appointment time ! Sure that's no problem if you have a whole day off, but if this place valued their customers time even a little bit they would try to speed it up!

I am sooo happy today, finally got braces off, my experience was very positive. I was nervous before as i am an adult and thought my teeth wouldn't move but Dr Ghai did amazing job. I am say by confidence that they are awesome, front desk nurses are so nice, Doctor has an amazing team and are very knowledgable. The staff is very well educated and experienced. Fair and ethical when it comes to financing, all that matters to them is patient experience. I couldn't pay for few months as i lost my job they told me it's okay you can pay us afterwards without any interest. Thank you so much

Dr. Ghai & Dr. Palta are gracious, knowledgeable and passionate practitioners. An office and staff that is welcoming and warm which ensures a relaxed and comfortable visit. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my own or my family's oral health. My toddler loves going to the dentist, never thought I'd say that!
