$42 for the supreme which if you want to spend the max and get minimum, this is the package for you. Where I had to get them to clean the doors. And shapes in the console means it cannot be wiped. Around the shifter is a pockets of dust and half wipe streaked. They only wipe, no spray. 2 years later. The quality was poor again, had to ask them to clean around the trunk and actually dry the sides of the seats. Do not recommend.

Based on their online presence I thought that I would be getting a reasonable hand wash and interior clean, especially for the premium price they charge. Instead I got a very poor machine wash out of an old school brush wash! My car came out dirty and the "manager" came out and rubbed the dirt into my paint before taking it back through the machine. The interior hadn't been cleaned at all even though I had paid for that service. I just took my keys and left after the second time through the machine even though my car was still dirty. I took my Jeep to Central around 5:15 pm today .
Asked for the Supreme Wash
The young lady asked if I wanted the back hatch area vacuumed and my floor mats washed. I said yes so
she wrote it down on the card they put on your dash along with the fragrance I had chosen.
pulled my vehicle in, got out
paid for the service
went into the waiting area
in a few minutes I saw my Jeep come out of the wash area.
then the team dried the vehicle and dressed the tires.
they called me when they were done .
i must mention that I was never thanked for using your car wash.

Critical: Quality, Value
The place was not busy so thought this time with the ultimate package I would get a nice cleaning. They missed the hatch completely and the doors and bottom of the dash had shoe marks and dirt. Not impressed for the money you pay them. Had to go home and finish the job!

This was my first and last time going to Central Car Wash on Central in Thunder Bay.
Because this was my first time at Central, I wasn't sure which package or add on's to get for the specific clean I wanted (I have a bad habit of opening the door with my foot, leaving the bottom of the inside of the driver door dirty from my shoes). The employee at the front (where you pay for the service and gas) was rude and told me she didnt know what package I should get. Got a free coupon for an exterior wash but upgraded to the basic interior cleaning for 13$. They did not do most things advertised for the package I paid for. They didn't vacuum anything, my cupholders were not touched, there was dust everywhere that they supposedly "cleaned" and there was a solid white streak of something on my window that I can't get off with Windex. Seriously unimpressed and even amazed they could rip me off that bad. The only positive thing was a guy with dreadlocks who worked in the wash was very nice. I would have been better off not using the coupon for the free wash

In 2013 when I had just got my Mustang I took it to Central for the rustproofing. The CAA rated their rust proofing fairly high so I tried it. Afterwards they took my Mustang through the car wash. They did a good job but several days later when it was cold in the morning I used my rear defroster. One of the elements didn't work so I went back to Central to complain. The woman told me it couldn't be them as they didn't use metal squeegees on the back window. I had noticed that someone had gone into the back seat to clean the inside part - something I hadn't seen before. She also

Terrible experience. We purchased the most expensive option and couldn't have been any more disappointed. Car wasn't cleaned well, so we returned and were given a hard time about what they are responsible for cleaning. After a quick conversation, we went through the wash again and the car was still covered in streaks and dirt. After leaving, we went home and cleaned the car for a while to supplement the cleaning from central. We noticed a floor mat was missing. We called and were told that we could come and watch the camera. The next day, the car smelled horrible. Overall, very disappointed
