Decent selection of quality meats. Purchased the Bacon, back ribs, 2 types of sausage. Chicken Mango and Mennonite Farmer Sauage. The biggest disappointment was the Mennonite Farmer sausage. Quality was good, but this not Mennonite Farmer Sausage. They made it with beef. Mennonite Farmer Sauage is always made with pork. I will continue the search but looks like I will have to return back to Southern Manitoba to get the good stuff.

Rude and unprofessional owner!! This place doesn't even deserve the one star I'm forced to give it! Filthy place, I can't believe what I've seen and endured there. Rat or mouse remains to be seen, and no sir, it isn't normal to be like that, really should be shut down! Enough to make you sick and not ever eat meat again!

I did 2 meat orders with the owner and called with an issue with some chicken...I gave the owner another go with another meat order but he had never tried to call me back. Owner is not wanting repeat business from repeat customers.

The owner finally replied 10 months after my google review. It wasn't the size of the chicken legs it's the fact that the chicken was old and FROZEN... when you place a fresh meat order you want all fresh.... it's funny the owner took 10 months to reply and still not accept our 3rd meat order and phone calls 10 months ago...just disappointed as we wanted to

The meat is amazing! Haven't been disappointed yet. We went in again today and they had a bratwurst, being from Wisconsin, that's all we ever ate when we grilled and the chop shops bratwurst definitely lived up to my expectations, highly recommend grabbing one if they have it! I'm also thrilled to see they carry vegan cheese alternatives (and other things vegan) we have a kiddo with a dairy allergy and were always looking for things like that!! You're the best chop shop!!
