DO NOT TRUST these shady crooks.
The first time I had a feeling that they weren't totally above-board was when I'd gone in and looked around for a used laptop to buy (this was at their old location off Canotek Road). They had me pay upfront and told me that it would be ready for pick up in a few days after they'd done all the necessary diagnostics to make sure the item would be 100% ready to go upon pick up.
However, when I went to pick it up a few days later, it wasn't the same laptop anymore -- they had pulled the ol' 'switcheroo' and were now trying to pass

If they typically say on their sign..."if we can not fix this...no one can..." (DALHOUSiE STREET)....
Sad experiences with others....were transformed into good experience with Computer Care Center..
I am using this Mac right now that he fixed from what i paid $600 (ON DAHLOUSIE STREET) to someone who messed up my screen ...ordered a new screen for me....without solving anything....he was throwing out my old screen out..in garbage....but fortunately was able to rescue

Never going to this place again. The owner brags about teaching university students, yet he fixes laptops, and they go bad after few months.
I have been going to him over the last few years. Each time i paid him few hundred dollars to fix my laptops, they only last few months after he fixes them.
My very last visit was the worst experience. I took him my laptop, and he said the only way he could fix my issue was replacing my laptop with one of his which he claimed was better. The laptops screen stopped working after few months.
Very unprofessional service. NEVER AGAIN!

Very pleasantly surprised. I contacted a few computer repair stores, and I received the quickest answer from here. I brought my malfunctioning laptop to them, and they were able to diagnose and repair the laptop in a reasonable timeframe. Very friendly, and it's clear that they know what they're doing.

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous and kind, Ashok NAILED the repair of my 2013 Macbook Pro. I had spilled water on it, and partway into watching a show the laptop started bugging out. I immediately shut it down, and brought it to Ashok the next day. I wasn't sure about using his shop, because he isn't "Apple certified", but he LITERALLY wrote a textbook on computer repairs. The guy works magic, is super fair and informative, and I recommend his services to anyone needing repairs.

AMAZINGGG service, I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Not only did they fix my laptop, they did it within 4 days!! They originally said it would have taken a week, because of the shipping etc. However they wasted no time as soon as they got the hardware replacements. The customer service is very top quality, the guy who handles the registry is really nice. My first experience was phenomenal and it definitely won’t be my last time going. Fantastic. These guys fixed my Samsung monitor within 2 business days, and had it back to me good as new. Pretty impressed they had the parts in stock too (the monitor is pretty old), which made the turnaround even faster. They fix everything, there was even a washing machine there awaiting service. Highly recommended!
