The market is so competitive and fast paced these days, you need to make sure you have an experienced professional working with you to even stand a chance. So glad I went with Kevin at the condo group, he has 10 years plus experience with Victoria condo market, whereas other realtors may only deal with a handful of condo transactions a year, it's Kevin's main forté. He has insights into the "too good to be true" spots, that an otherwise inexperienced buyer could fall for.

Met with one of the company’s real-estate agents for a educational seminar. Myself and my partner thought it was well worth it as first time home buyers.
The realtor was not pushy at all and wanted it to be the right fit for us. After we got home we both decided to try the realtor out and 5 months later we found ourselves a condo in the Quadra Inverness area.
The realtor was extremely helpful and personable throughout the whole experience and during the administration portion the condo group came through and made it easy for us.

The Condo Group based in Victoria BC provided us with exceptional service with our Condo sale. We live in Alberta but the team handled all the details flawlessly - we didn’t need to travel to Victoria during COVID which was a real blessing.

Had a great experience with the team at The Condo Group. I found them on line and John got in touch with me quickly. I am in the military and was given 7 days to find a place. John lined up place and gave great advice. When putting the offer together we meet at the offer ans reviewed trends, determined where we would like to end up.

Our agent, Mike Pearce helped us buy our place in Dockside Green area many years ago and recently, thank to Mike, our condo was sold on the first day listed on the market. Mike and his team were very professional and efficient. Mike is absolutely knowledgeable, helpful, and he knows how to make things go smoothly and quickly.
