Service was gracious and efficient. I had seen a pair of glasses in the Sydney Eyeland branch a month ago when I was visiting from the US and called Victoria to see if they could get them for me. They were friendly and responsive. Everything went very smoothly .And it's in a great little shopping area within walking distance of downtown Victoria.
