YOCISO, our youth program, distributed school supplies to over 40 schools across the Ottawa area. This school year, it is a great pleasure to partner with the @MapleWishes Foundation which has been heavily involved and continues to support YOCISO initiatives. We are looking for seasoned entrepreneurs & intrapreneurs who can offer guidance to newcomers launching and growing small businesses in #Ottawa.

Our multi-faceted programs and services are delivered in over 50 languages to clients from 120 countries by OCISO's team of knowledgeable, skilled and professional staff. Local Agencies Serving Immigrants (LASI) is a coalition of 11 agencies delivering settlement services to immigrants and refugees in the Ottawa area. LASI members work together to advance the social and economic integration of newcomers through continuous service improvement, implementation of collaborative initiatives and engagement with the broader community.
Ottawa lies in northeast North America, in the Province of Ontario, Canada. It is bordered by the Ottawa River to the north, while the historic Rideau River and Rideau Canal meander north to south through the city. Directly across the Ottawa River are the City of Gatineau and the picturesque Outaouais region in the Province of Qubec.
You do not need your passport if you travel inside of Canada. People often carry two pieces of identification with them. The most common form of identification is a driver's license. It is not required that you carry all your identification with you, but two pieces are often helpful. You must have a social insurance number (SIN).
