We were in the midst of a major renovation and were unexpectedly looking at having to potentially bring in the excavators to dig down and intercept the sewer line which would call for heavy machinery, cribbing etc. big $$$.
Craig showed up the same day, performed a camera inspection and thorough analysis of the situation. He was both courteous and knowledgeable. He devised a solution that the plumber nor the contractor thought of, which was far less intrusive and much more cost effective. The work was done quickly and professionally

I recently hired Perimeter for a renovation project in North Vancouver, the work involved carefully removing a section of the home and carports, the removal of the concrete foundations / slabs and the excavation of the rocky hillside property in order for us to start building footings and forms for the new construction. The owner Chris and his team quickly managed the tear-down and the removal of debris efficiently with a constant exchange of bins necessary for each type of materials and thankfully got the project back on time and on budget.

We bought a home being build in North Vancouver while we are Montreal. Because of Chris we could have the peace of mind that the work was properly done by our builder. Both times we called Chris he took the time to discuss with us and would get on site as soon as possible.
