As chairman of Investel, Joseph is responsible for leading the company into its next phase of growth. He oversee Investel's corporate direction, applying his lifetime of management experience to impart his clear strategic vision to the entire team for its successful business development.

After receiving a Law degree and a Bachelor of Education from the University of Ottawa as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Sherbrooke, Joseph spent 20 years managing several businesses and organizations in various sectors.This included the management of the Press Centre at the Montreal Olympics.
