Troika Consulting is a small consulting engineering firm based in Prince George, BC. We enjoy the design and construction of residential, commercial and light industrial projects and work for corporations, owners, contractors, architects, property managers and insurance adjusters. Tomas is a structural engineer with 10+ years of experience in various sectors.
Tomas gained his experience with residential construction and architectural design in Europe by diligently learning from every project and working with a number of inspiring architects. After relocating to Prince George in 2011, he broadened his perspective in the industrial and commercial sectors and has been enjoying the challenges.

Services
Using the latest codes and standards, we ensure every component of structure is designed to resist the effects of environment and occupancy loads and will provide reliability for its entire design life regardless of the construction materials used. We assess existing structures using knowledge of failure mechanisms and building material properties (concrete, steel, timber and composites).
Due to the variety and complexity of projects we help with, we strive to make a personal connection with all of our clients to get a deep understanding of their goals, vision, and dreams. Once we establish the scope of the project, we prepare a detailed fee estimate outlining the individual tasks and the associated costs.

I met Tomas when l needed an engineer to assist with using an existing foundation from a 1920’s home we had just demolished...He not only met me on site but took a text from me that weekend evening and phoned me after he put his kids to bed! I asked him if he ever stops working, to which he laughed and replied “never”. His knowledge and expertise in engineering is only surpassed by his dedication to his work and his open and honest attention to whatever your project requires of him. We needed a structural assessment done really quickly and we had no idea where to go. Tomas from Troika Consulting was recommended to us by two different people.
