I had a real nasty crack in my windshield of my brand new car, with all parts on backorder, these guys were able to find me the only one in North America, all the way from Georgia, USA. I made an appointment for a small rust hole repair and the closest time they could give me was 5 weeks away. That was fine. I booked, and 5 weeks later I drop it off. I didn’t hear from them that day so I go back after work and it’s not touched and they said they MIGHT get to it the next day (Thursday), but probably the day after (Friday). So I left it there. I never got a phone call over those days so I stopped by Friday night and it’s not touched so I go to get my keys so I can have it for the weekend and I ask the receptionist if I should even bring it back Monday and she just goes “hmmâ€

Great work, really pleased with the outcome.
This is my first car and unfortunately it had more rust than I realized. I had some repaired here so that the car looks better for a little longer. I understand rust will come back, but it will buy me some more time with the car until I can afford a new one.
They did a great job and did what they said they would, on schedule. I’m very happy with what it looks like. Thank you

Used Chase Auto Body for a number of years and cars , including trusting my classic sports cars for restoration painting! They have done a faultless repair on hard to repaint colors ( apparently Pearl White is not Marks favorite color) but matches and blends the colors flawlessly to the existing paint. Work has been exceptional, quickly done and on time. Extremely fair pricing . I do not even go anywhere else for quotes, he is my first stop. He will always have my business and referrals!

I was trying to get estimates on my 2008 Ford Escape. Spent a whole day driving from shop to shop in Barrie.4 shops wanted you to make an appointment in about a week just to get the estimate and most of the others said right out front we don't touch RUST. hmmmm that is why I was getting the body done. Mark Chase actually came outside looked around the truck and gave me a reasonable estimate. The truck went in 3 weeks after and looks AWESOME. So happy with the work that was done and had pics sent to me along the way I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Chase Auto Body. When my mother's car was banged up, we spent days riding around getting estimates. Mark Chase's estimate was nearly half the price of the next least expensive in Barrie.
Since then, my son has begun to drive and I've used Chase twice. The prices are more than fair and the work is beautiful and always complete in good time.
I don't often write reviews but this place warrants one. It's a family run business and they're good people. If I could write two reviews I would. If I could give more stars I would. Don't waste your time and money going to any other auto
