Very affordable rates and a good quality place. I chose a king room with fireplace because it was the same rate as a regular room and nicely outfitted. Fireplace was electric flame but provided heat.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. We were there in the hotel for 3 days on our trip to Jasper. Really enjoyed the service. The room and washroom were really comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good too.

Stayed there for 6 nights, 2 queen beds room, forest view. Clean , quiet, slept well. Breakfast was included . We ate only once on last morning and that ruined hotel rating. In my opinion, hotel should offer something eatable or nothing at all.

Affordable hotel on the way to Jasper. Room was clean, check in was good. Breakfast buffet was awful! There was probably 30 people stuffed into a room that should seat 12 people. Waited in line for 30 minutes, and decided to ditch the voucher and head next door to McDonald's.

Room was very clean, bed was very comfy. Thank goodness for the AC as the room we had was south facing so it got the sun most of the day.
Breakfast was included and was what I expected coming off of Covid protocols. Basic, but good. Overall great experience and would recommend if needing a cheap hotel staying in Hinton

We decided to stay here as the room rates in Jasper are just way too expensive and didn't mind driving an hour to save about $100 on hotel stay. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. It has the basics you'll need in a standard hotel. Among the other hotels around Hinton, they are the only one that offers breakfast buffet during this pandemic. Staff are friendly and let us do early check-in during an off peak time.

0/5 honestly. At first it was ok but not great- the pillows were uncomfy and the towels were covered in hair. But then into the night it got so so much worse. At around 12 some dudes started trying to get into our room. I ignored it assuming they were drunk. 5 minutes later front desk is trying to get into our room with the god damn master key. I opened the door upset. They simply just say "oh, sorry we didn't know anyone in here" (I could barely understand them because the women didn't speak English). Anyways they left, around 12:30 we got a phone call asking us if we were

On Aug 19, 2013 I clicked this link:

http://www.hintonlodge.ca/02rates&reservations/01Rate.php

In which there is a little green box with all the rates advertised.
Standard Room (2 Queen) was listed as $90. When I booked, I was informed the rate was $129.00
When I inquired as the huge price difference, the woman informed me that I was incorrect. That the price I was quoting "didn't exist". And when recited the link, verbatim, I was informed that the link "didn't exist".
As I am part of a wedding party staying at this hotel, I agreed to the price of $129.00 then
