Room was very clean, bed was very comfy. Thank goodness for the AC as the room we had was south facing so it got the sun most of the day.
Breakfast was included and was what I expected coming off of Covid protocols. Basic, but good. Overall great experience and would recommend if needing a cheap hotel staying in Hinton

We decided to stay here as the room rates in Jasper are just way too expensive and didn't mind driving an hour to save about $100 on hotel stay. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. It has the basics you'll need in a standard hotel. Among the other hotels around Hinton, they are the only one that offers breakfast buffet during this pandemic. Staff are friendly and let us do early check-in during an off peak time.

I opened the door upset. They simply just say "oh, sorry we didn't know anyone in here" (I could barely understand them because the women didn't speak English). Anyways they left, around 12:30 we got a phone call asking us if we were

On Aug 19, 2013 I clicked this link:
http://www.hintonlodge.ca/02rates&reservations/01Rate.php
In which there is a little green box with all the rates advertised.
Standard Room (2 Queen) was listed as $90. When I booked, I was informed the rate was $129.00
When I inquired as the huge price difference, the woman informed me that I was incorrect. That the price I was quoting "didn't exist". And when recited the link, verbatim, I was informed that the link "didn't exist".
As I am part of a wedding party staying at this hotel, I agreed to the price of $129.00 then
