I was not a customer but when I broke the arm of my glasses i contacted Greg because I had heard very favourable comments about his service. He met me at the Kanata store and not only replaced the arm of my existing glasses but fitted me for a new pair practicing social distancing, sanitizing and using technology for progressive lenses. And a week later delivered them to my house!!

I purchased glasses a little over 2 years ago from Capital Optical in Kanata. Just cleaning them last evening they literally snapped in two. I went back to Capital to get t situation taken care of. Glasses should last longer than 2 years and a few months. I was offered a new set of frames with a 25% discount. That's it. I'm surprised that customers are treated so poorly. Never again will I do business with them.

After going to a number of different optical places and finding the process of buying glasses utterly confusing and overwhelming, it was so reassuring to deal with Greg at Capital Optical in Kanata. Other places would just throw prices and numbers at me, but Greg took the time to sit down and explain my options. He also spent a lot of time patiently helping me find a pair of regular glasses and sunglasses that look good on me. I highly recommend this store! (I posted this on their Facebook page as well).
