Dynamo offers youth in Cambridge and surrounding areas an opportunity to experience the amazing sport of gymnastics in a training environment that is a cut above the rest. Our 23,000-square-foot facility, located at 650 Jamieson Parkway in Cambridge, features the latest gymnastics training equipment available and is designed with the utmost safety in mind.

Dynamo offers a variety of specific clinics, conditioning classes and gymnastics workshops for the athlete who wants extra time in the gym to work on specific skills. Private lessons are a great way to help an athlete achieve specific goals through one-on-one instruction. Lessons are individualized and based on Dynamo's developmental theories.

Pre-competitive training geared to helping young girls develop the physical strength, bravery and tenacity needed to begin a journey into the sport of competitive gymnastics, while keeping training times social and fun. Comprehensive provincial training encompassing both compulsory and optional streams, providing opportunities to build and master strong skills needed to compete routines in provincial levels of competition.

Dynamo's Tumbling Gymnastics stream offers a vibrant competitive power tumbling and double-mini trampoline training program developed to bring the best out of each tumbler's unique set of skills. Our program allows gymnasts to train to compete in power tumbling and/or double-mini trampoline.

Interclub tumbling and/or double-mini trampoline program geared to developing tumblers who are still building skills en route to more advance training and levels, but also a solid program for tumblers who enjoy the thrill of training and competing, yet aren't vying to compete in more advanced levels.
